1. Change of Mind
- Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- Refunds for change of mind will be issued as a store credit only. Shipping costs are non- refundable for change-of-mind returns.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
- Is faulty or unsafe.
- Does not match the description provided.
- Is unfit for its intended purpose.
- Does not perform as expected.

- We will assess your claim promptly and advise the next steps, which may include a return, replacement, repair, or refund.
3. Return Process
