Returns & Refunds Policy


Cosmos Lac Australia is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. Our policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and ensure fairness.

1. Change of Mind

  • Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided:
    • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.
    • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • Refunds for change of mind will be issued as a store credit only. Shipping costs are non- refundable for change-of-mind returns.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
  • Is faulty or unsafe.
  • Does not match the description provided.
  • Is unfit for its intended purpose.
  • Does not perform as expected.
If you believe your product falls into one of these categories:
  1. Contact us at Info@cosmoslac.com.au with your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs if applicable.
  2. We will assess your claim promptly and advise the next steps, which may include a return, replacement, repair, or refund.
Refunds for defective items will also include reimbursement of associated shipping costs.

3. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, email Info@cosmoslac.com.au with your proof of purchase, details of the product, and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product breaches consumer guarantees under ACL.

4. Important Notes
  • Products damaged through misuse or incorrect application will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or exclude them.
